I was so excited when we received these photos from one very creative and detail-oriented mom Lynda Sharpe. Her sweet Kenzie turned 4 and she used our Tutus and Babydoll Tea Party Invites and Printables to set the tone for her beautiful party. I am planning the same party for my daughter (who is turning 4), and I love how Lynda’s eye for details made this party so lovely. She has given me some wonderful ideas!
My favorite details from the party are:
1- Pom Pom wands…so whimsical and fun!
2-Gorgeous party hats handmade by Mom
3-The play tent in that vintage fabric! I am crazy about mixing patterns and fabrics and Lynda did such a good job of using that tent to tie in the party colors
Enjoy the pictures…
Here are a few party details as told by Lynda…
It was my daughter’s fourth birthday party and of course – Tea Party, Tutu and Baby doll theme. I spent months prior preparing as I love detail! I handmade tutus for the children and their baby dolls, lemon and pale pink playdough and pom pom wands as take home gifts together with loot bags which contained a mini teacup cookie cutter, a bag of drinking chocolate, a paper straw, lollies and a lemon and pink balloon. I handmade each party hat by hand as I did the envelopes for the invitations as I couldn’t source an envelope suitable. I did all of my own food preparation including mini teapot biscuits, coconut ice, teapot chocolates, finger sandwiches, teaspoons filled with white chocolate and sprinkles, lemon and pink marshmallows and fruit skewers. My beautiful friend, Tracey made the large teapot sugar cookies and the lemon and pink macarons were from “Velvetier”- a local cake supplier.
The party was enjoyed by 21 children, family and friends.
