A Vintage Schoolhouse Party

I am a total nerd and loved every minute of school so this party made me want to go back to elementary school!

Audrey (of Sweet Cheeks Tasty Treats) came to us with this amazing idea to have a Dick and Jane inspired Vintage Schoolhouse Party for her daughter’s 1st birthday. We were THRILLED to take on the design job. Audrey gave us a bunch of inspiration with all of her visions for the party.
(Remember, Audrey created the adorable cake pops for Super P’s party!? DELISH!)We started by designing an invitationfor her…. (Check out how she displayed this adorable photograph of sweet Harper with the invitation and an adorable fabric bunting garland)
We loved this theme so much that the Vintage School House Invitation is now available in our shop.
The dessert table could not be more inviting. The huge poms, fabulous fabric bunting and the CHALKBOARD backdrop!

Ok… just wait til you see THESE. Creative! Table with chalkboard top for the kids to color on!

I love how Audrey mixed in SO many vintage classroom elements. She had a whole box of old school materials and they added the PERFECT detail to the party styling…
