This weekend was a sweet one!\u00a0 Not only because we didn’t have a jam packed schedule (like usual), but because I baked the most delicious cookie that I’m dying to share! Pink lemonade cookies!<\/p>\n

My family spent most of July in Michigan visiting family and friends and this fabulous cupcake shoppe in Plymouth, Michigan served the most amazing lemonade cookies.\u00a0 After trying them, I was bound and determined to make some myself (even though they wouldn’t give me the recipe).<\/p>\n

I love that these cookies are SOFT (if yours are not soft, you probably baked them too long! ;-)), sweet, tangy and creamy.<\/p>\n
