MIAMI BEACH, FL (January 2013) \u2013 Dylan\u2019s Candy Bar announces the opening of its Miami Beach store. Located on bustling Lincoln Road, the new South Beach retail outpost presents a selection of more than 7,000 candies, a caf\u00e9 with outdoor seating, full service bar and personal candy shoppers for the most customized experience. Originally introduced in New York in 2001 by industry pioneer Dylan Lauren, Dylan\u2019s Candy Bar adds a new dimension to Miami Beach\u2019s shopping and culinary scene.<\/p>\n

Set inside the former Ghirardelli storefront, a 3,500 square-foot Dylan\u2019s Candy Bar offers shop-goers a worldly blend of candies, including novelty, nostalgic, holiday themed, international imports and a Color Your World bulk candy display. An exclusive Miami gummy mix with alligators, sunglasses and palm trees compliment fan favorite brands such as M&M Mars, Hershey\u2019s and Jelly Belly.<\/p>\n

The Dylan\u2019s Candy Bar caf\u00e9, located on the main level of the store, features an indulgent menu with an assortment of sweet and savory dishes. Delectable ice cream sundaes, gourmet chocolate pizzas and white, milk and dark chocolate fondues are also offered to satisfy any sweet tooth. Mini pizzas and sandwiches will play to the diner who craves a more salty flavor. A full-service bar transforms Dylan\u2019s into a day or night destination with both traditional drinks and candy-inspired cocktails such as Chocolate martinis and Pop Rocks\u00ae Explosion being served. Seating for up to 80 guests is available outside with table service open for late night munchies.<\/p>\n

Dylan\u2019s Candy Bar welcomes guests into what feels like a museum of curated candy, fitting perfectly into Miami\u2019s budding art scene. A sexy, chic design blends with the store\u2019s overall fun and whimsical mood. An oversized Dale Chihuly-inspired lollipop tree sits as the centerpiece; candy cane columns evoke childhood memories for adult shoppers and awe younger generations; a state-of-the-art backlit staircase playfully leads shoppers to the store\u2019s second level.
