<\/a><\/p>\nI am SO THRILLED to share this party with you all!\u00a0 Our friend, Lara Shriftman, recently celebrated her son’s 5th birthday.\u00a0 We met Lucas Bacardi Shriftman at the Venus Williams <\/a>and Gigi Grazer Events<\/a> in The Hamptons<\/a> that we designed for last summer.\u00a0\u00a0 Lucas is the sweetest little boy and we were so happy to get to design all of his party invitations and goods for the celebration at Dylan Lauren’s new Dylan’s Candy Bar in Miami Beach, FL!<\/a><\/p>\n What a lucky boy!\u00a0 Getting to celebrate his 5th birthday with Lara’s good friend, Dylan Lauren, at the opening of her new store in Miami Beach!<\/p>\n Lara sent out the custom invitation<\/a> that we designed that was perfect for a party at Dylan’s Candy Bar!<\/a><\/p>\n Read on for all of the party photos and details.<\/p>\n We designed custom candy bar party printables<\/a> for the event, including drink wraps….<\/p>\n This March, Dylan\u2019s Candy Bar<\/a> hosted the fifth birthday of Lucas Bacardi Shriftman. Lucas absolutely loves Miami.\u00a0 Lucas\u2019 first time trying candy was in Dylan\u2019s flagship store in New York City and Dylan nicknamed him the \u201cCandy Boy.\u201d\u00a0 Dylan had asked Lucas to host some of his friends after the opening and coincidentally it was right around his birthday.<\/p>\n Design duo Anders Ruff offered to design the invitations and all the printables after they met and loved Dylan at the launch of Eleven by Venus Williams in the Hamptons at the home of Rita Schrager also produced by Lara Shriftman and Harrison & Shriftman.<\/p>\n Lucas celebrated with a three-tiered Krispy Kreme cake and a homemade cake made by his mom decorated with Dylan\u2019s candies.\u00a0 All the children received a custom Dylan\u2019s flip flop to fill with candy.\u00a0 Additional activities included decorating candy picture frames and making candy necklaces and bracelets.\u00a0 They also had healthy snacks like Pop Chips, Vita Coco and gluten free cupcakes to decorate with homemade icing.<\/p>\n In lieu of presents, guests brought unwrapped toys to be donated to the Miami Children\u2019s Hospital.\u00a0 It is a yearly tradition for Lucas to donate somewhere different every year. \u00a0Many of Lucas\u2019 friends were in attendance including Candy Girl Dylan Lauren and her husband Paul Arrouet, Antonio Restrepo with pregnant mom Christina Barberie and husband Alejandro, cousins Jonah and Izzy Koopman with parents Erika and Michel, J Brandon Rodriguez flew down with his beautiful mother actress Michael Michele, Quinn Harrelson, Hector Torres and mom Alejandra Torres, Joey Schriver with sisters and mom Alina, Hani Al Malki, and Monique and Fred Jr. Gonzales. \u00a0Post Dylan\u2019s, Lucas headed to the Soho House for a small surprise pizza party hosted by his mother and father, Juan Bacardi.<\/p>\n Dylan\u2019s Candy Bar, the new South Beach retail outpost located on bustling Lincoln Road presents a selection of more than 7,000 candies, a caf\u00e9 with outdoor seating, full service bar and personal candy shoppers for the most customized experience.<\/p>\n Set inside the former Ghirardelli storefront, Dylan’s Candy Bar\u00a0<\/a>offers shop-goers a worldly blend of candies, including novelty, nostalgic, holiday themed, international imports and a Color Your World bulk candy display. An exclusive Miami gummy mix with alligators, sunglasses and palm trees will compliment fan favorite brands such as M&M Mars, Hershey\u2019s and Jelly Belly.<\/p>\n A caf\u00e9, located on the main level of the store, features an indulgent menu with an assortment of sweet and savory dishes. Delectable ice cream sundaes, gourmet chocolate pizzas and white, milk and dark chocolate fondues will satisfy any sweet tooth. Mini pizzas and chip samplers play to the diner who craves a more salty flavor. A full-service bar transforms Dylan\u2019s into a day or night destination with both traditional drinks and candy-inspired cocktails such as Chocolate Mocha martinis and Pop Rocks\u00ae Explosion being served. Seating for up to 80 guests will be available outside with table service open for late night munchies.<\/p>\n Dylan Lauren, known to many as the “Candy Queen,” is the founder and CEO of Dylan’s Candy Bar.
