We have been gearing up for the Back to School Season over here in the Ruff household… printing supplies lists, shopping school specials and figuring out what to do for our new school year teachers! \u00a0We asked some teacher friends what they like getting as classroom gifts and their response was: \u00a0practical goodies! \u00a0So we put together some ideas for a Teacher Survival Kit, that is perfect for any teacher! \u00a0We know that everyone loves budget friendly, yet thoughtful gift ideas, and we think this one is ideal for your favorite teachers!<\/p>\n

Here is how to use these teacher survival printables to complete the survival kit.<\/p>\n

Supplies needed to create kit:
\nPrintable Teacher Survival Kit Collection<\/a>\u00a0(print as many pages as needed… each can only needs one or two of each item)
\n– Coffee can or a can that is similar in size (we love to recycle)
\n– Scrap fabric of your choice
\n– Fabric glue
\n– Tape
\n– Scissors
\n– Craft Punch \/ hole punch<\/p>\n

Supplies needed to fill the kit: (use any of these suggested items and most can be found at the dollar store)
\n– Highlighters
\n– Pencils
\n– Glue sticks
\n– Sticky pad
\n– Cough drops
\n– Band Aids
\n– Hand Sanitizer
\n– 5 stick gum
\n– Mini chocolate bars
\n– Mints<\/p>\n

Directions:
\n1. Gather supplies – you can buy packages of each item and then split them up to make several teacher kits
\n2. Measure a piece of scrap fabric and glue to your recycled can
\n3. Trim teacher survival kit label and glue to fabric
\n4. Package a few cough drops in a small cellophane bag and add a logo with 2″ craft punch (I taped on bag)
\n5. Trim mini chocolate bar wraps and tape together – who doesn’t love chocolate? \ud83d\ude42
\n6. Use twine or ribbon and tie together 3 or 4 pencils with a punched logo
\n7.\u00a0Use twine or ribbon and tie together 3 or 4 bandaids with a punched logo
\n8. Tape on a logo (left as a square) onto hand sanitizer
\n9. Trim and fold gum wrapper around 5 piece gum
\n10. Add the printable flags to highlighters and glue sticks (I even added a little flag around the mint tin) and add a logo to the sticky pad for the last items
\n11. Fill can with shred and teacher items
\n12. Make another one for multiple teachers – they will find these to be personable yet practical<\/p>\n
