Lisa grew up in North Orange County California and is married with two adorable sons. \u00a0She carried her first, David, full term not having any idea that something was wrong. \u00a0The day before he was born it became clear that there were some issues, so they brought her in & induced. David was only four pounds & had just two fingers on his left hand. \u00a0Lisa and her husband were told by doctors that he would basically be a “vegetable” and was diagnosed with Cornelia De Lange Syndrome. \u00a0Just 18 months later their second son, Matthias was born!<\/p>\n

A few years \u00a0later her husband took a job in San Luis Obispo as the pastor and Lisa was working in special education & did in-home therapy with toddlers with special needs. With two babies at home, one with severe special needs, she felt like she was doing the same thing at home as she was at work. Wanting to spend more time with her boys and break up her home and work life, she began building her jewelry business. \u00a0 She soon found out that people were really interested in what she was making and she as on the forefront of a jewelry movement that was super organic and grassroots!<\/p>\n
