Laurel and Ursula always seem to pick my favorite themes for their children’s parties.\u00a0 I love this recent preppy nautical birthday party that they threw for Ursula’s son, Jacob.\u00a0 Nautical birthday parties are always my favorite, especially because of the preppy vibe.<\/p>\n

Nautical themed parties can be for any age boy and there are easy ways to make it more appropriate for older boys or younger boys. I love the use of cute red and blue sand pails, nautical netting on the dessert table and the lifesaver accents throughout.<\/p>\n

I also love how they incorporated fishing accents like the “Bait and Tackle” sign with the gummy fish!<\/p>\n
