We hope you enjoyed Monday’s post with our Swan Princess Party<\/a> that we styled to celebrate for the big release of Sony’s new movie<\/a> – The Swan Princess, A Royal Family Tale<\/em><\/strong><\/a> on DVD and Blu-ray!\u00a0 (2.25.14!)<\/p>\n

The Swan Princess dessert table was one of our favorite elements, and so today we are sharing the easy no bake princess cookie castle<\/strong> tutorial!\u00a0 This is such a pretty and elegant looking dessert and so tasty, too!<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Ingredients:<\/strong>
\n1. Sixlets (Candy Galaxy is our favorite candy source!)
\n2. Pirouette cookies
\n3. White chocolate candy melts
\n4. Golden Oreos (We use golden oreos because they are yummy and also they don’t show through \ud83d\ude09
\n5. Meringue cookies (Most grocery stores sell tubs of them. I know Trader Joes does!)<\/p>\n

Melt the chocolate in the microwave.\u00a0 We typically do 30 second increments in the microwave between stirring.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Determine the height of cookie castle that you want. We used 3 oreos high.\u00a0 “Glue” them together in a stack using the melted chocolate.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Now measure the pirouette against the oreo tower.\u00a0 Try to keep the pirouettes a little higher than the oreo stack.\u00a0 Using a serrated knife, cut your Pirouettes to stack around the oreo tower.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Use the melting chocolate to “glue” the cut pirouettes around the oreo stack. Go all the way around.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Gently cut the tip off of the meringue cookie.\u00a0 Add white chocolate to the tip and “glue” on a pretty sixlet in the color of your choice.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Create the ribbon band by using double sided tape and two widths of ribbon.\u00a0 Use the Printable Swan Princess party decor logos <\/a>to embellish on top of the ribbon band.<\/p>\n

Use melting chocolate to add the meringue poof to the top of the cookie tower.\u00a0 We used melting chocolate to “seal” the ribbon around the backside of the cookie tower.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Add the printable party logo from the Swan Princess printables <\/a>to the ribbon to finish off the cookie castle.<\/p>\n
