Sarah Jelgerhuis, owner of Paper White Designs<\/a>, handles everything from the production of the pom poms to the packaging and shipping of them. \u00a0 With her workroom being a crazy mess of colorful tissue paper clippings at time, she is full filling a lifelong dream of being a florist in France. \u00a0 So, maybe it’s\u00a0<\/span>St. Louis instead of France, and tissue paper pom poms instead of flowers, but she gets to do what she loves everyday which is to create beautiful things in order to help fulfill her clients visions!<\/span><\/div>\n
