We have one more Angry Birds Toons Party post to share with you today – how to create Angry Birds Hanging Decor as seen on our backdrop. \u00a0In case you missed the backdrop details, check out our\u00a0full party<\/a>\u00a0for ideas and inspiration for your Angry Birds Toons event. \u00a0We wanted to show you exactly how we made these simple printable hanging clouds and character silhouettes so you can do it too!<\/p>\n

We created a cloud template in our free party printable collection – just print, cut and hang! \u00a0It’s as easy as that, but we have a few tricks we will share with you.<\/p>\n

Supplies needed:
\nAngry Birds Toons Cloud Printable found\u00a0here
\n<\/a>Angry Birds Toons Character Silhouette Printables found\u00a0\u00a0here
\n<\/a>8.5 x 11 White Cardstock
\nScissors
\nHole punch
\nClear string
\nDouble-sided tape
\n1 long piece of wooden trim or rod
\n———————————–<\/p>\n

Directions:
\n<\/strong><\/em>{Hanging Clouds}
\n1. Print cloud template on 8.5 x 11 white cardstock. \u00a0Trim along line of two clouds.
\n2. Slice along top and bottom lines as well.
\n3. Slide two clouds together at slices – perpendicular to each other.<\/p>\n

4. Using the hole punch, create two holes at the top of each side of the cloud that has a top slice. (make sure you are punching on the correct cloud, or it will fall apart)
\n5. Tie a loop with clear string through the two holes.<\/p>\n

\n6. Hang clouds with long clear string (through loop) from a rod or wooden trim above your backdrop \u00a0(we used 3\/4″ molding to lay flat on top of each cabinet – the flat molding prevented it from rolling around)<\/p>\n

\n(Hanging Bird Silhouettes}
\n1. Print bird template on 8.5 x 11 photo paper or cardstock. \u00a0Using double-sided tape, tape printed paper to 1 piece of cardstock for extra weight.
\n2. Trim birds along dotted lines (with papers taped together).
\n3. Punch two holes at the top of each bird.
\n4. Hang with long clear strings through each hole from wooden trim or rod above backdrop. (we used two strings for each bird to prevent them from twirling – it keeps the birds straight)<\/p>\n
