You know that OREO is America’s favorite cookie, right!?  There’s nothing better than sharing it with with people, except when it is crushed and rolled up into the delicious, simple goodness that is the OREO Cookie Ball<\/strong><\/a>. Since the recipe that only calls for three ingredients, the options are virtually endless.<\/p>\n

I decided I wanted to create a gorgeous “holiday” way to display these little Oreo<\/strong><\/a> balls of deliciousness.  I am having a holiday craft night with some friends this weekend and this will be the perfect dessert worthy of ooh’ing and awe’ing!<\/p>\n

I decided to use my favorite Milk Glass Cake Stand<\/strong><\/a> to bring to the the event, and came up with a super cute and easy way to display the OREO Balls into a wreath!<\/p>\n

We went to our local Walmart to find all of the ingredients and got to work!<\/p>\n

#OREOCookieBalls Recipe<\/p>\n

Ingredients:
\n1 pkg (8 oz.) brick cream cheese, softened
\n36 OREO Cookies, finely crushed (about 3 cups)
\n4 pkg. (4 oz. each) semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted
\noptional: green melting chocolates & red candy chocolates<\/p>\n

MIX cream cheese and cookie crumbs until blended.
\nSHAPE into 48 (1-inch) balls. Freeze 10 min. Dip balls in melted chocolate.
\nSTAND the balls upright in styrofoam to dry.
\nREFRIGERATE 1 hour or until firm.<\/p>\n

To make Wreath:
\nARRANGE into the shape of a wreath on a round plate or cake stand.
\nUsing melting chocolates as \u201cglue\u201d, attach red candies around and a red bow.<\/p>\n
