Through happenstance and (happy chance) we were lead to photos of this adorable Vintage Race Car Party<\/strong> styled by Jacqui from The Iced Biscuit<\/a> <\/strong>located in Australia.  We couldn’t let this fast racing third birthday party get by us without sharing it.  We have shared other Race Car Parties that used our Vintage Race Car printables<\/strong><\/a>, like the one<\/strong><\/a> styled by Me & Riley that has a yellow race car instead of a red one.  Jacqui’s party featured delicious treats and a backyard speed street to keep her party guests happy.  <\/p>\n

Little fishbowl dessert bowls<\/strong><\/a> were used for various treats for the party guests.  Tied with some ribbon and twine they matched perfectly and decorated the tasties perfectly. <\/p>\n

Use outdoor rugs and some white tape even a back porch can be a part of speed street for drag racing and Cozy Couping!  <\/p>\n

I had so much fun creating this Little Red Race Car Party<\/strong> for Max’s 3rd birthday. We are privileged to live on a farm which provides us with a superb party location, however the weather was not kind to us which meant a lot of energy went into making the outdoor party completely water proof. After working up an appetite on the race track and in the Jumping Castle, the children sat down to a lunch of home-made sausage rolls, finger sandwiches and mini hot dogs before descending on the desert table. (Followed closely by their parents!) The table was laden with goodies and whilst I made a lot of it myself I had a bit of help from some very talented ladies. I made the two tier chocolate mud cake, Row from Eat-A- Rainbow made the adorable cake bunting and Sarah at The Cake Stop in Beaconsfield made the little red car toppers. My specialty is decorated iced biscuits so I made 3 different designs using different techniques. I also made coconut ice, red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese frosting, chocolate coated Oreos, chocolate spoons, jelly pots, vanilla bean panna cotta and white chocolate and raspberry mousse. The delicious rose water mini meringues were made by my Mum Helen, the Frustose Friently Foodie, the vanilla macarons were made by Anne- Sophie and the salted caramel cake pops were made by Naatje Patisserie. Max had an amazing day and decided to add the cake toppers to his toy collection!<\/p>\n
