The ombre tones and ruffles on the cake are beautiful and add lots of color and texture to the dessert table.  The ruffles help to soften the sparkle (not that you can ever have too much sparkle) and make the color more the focal point.  I am amazed at the ruffle edging and how it holds the slight curve in it.<\/p>\n

Taking some doughnuts and adding some glaze to it makes it easy to dip just a portion of the doughnut into purple jimmies<\/strong><\/a>.  Not having the sprinkles covering the entire doughnut adds a definite softness to them and makes them match perfectly.<\/p>\n
