If you haven’t heard we had the amazing opportunity to partner with Universal Studios, Walmart and Mattel<\/em> to produce a movie viewing party for Barbie in Princess Power<\/strong> DVD and Blu-Ray which is now on shelves at Walmart<\/strong>!  If you didn’t catch the full party release yesterday, click here<\/a> to see Super Sparkle and all her friends!  We are continuing this week with more Barbie in Princess Power Viewing Party<\/strong> details and want to show you today how to use the FREE downloadable Printables that we deisgned (when you purchase the movie from Walmart). We like to call this the “How To” of Printables!<\/p>\n

We chose a few printable pages from the collection to print, cut and assemble.  (Instructions are included for all printable designs in the pdf files).<\/p>\n

MUST HAVE supplies include:<\/strong> <\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

1. Photo paper \u2013 We like to use photo paper to print the majority of our pages because it gives a professional look and the color has a beautiful saturation.  It is bleed-proof {bonus}!<\/p>\n

2. Hole punch \u2013 We typically use 1\/8\u2033 \u2013 1\/4\u2033 for most designs.<\/p>\n

3. Hand Lever Craft Punch \u2013 We typically use 2\u2033 craft punches for circles and scallops, but other useful sizes are: 1\u2033, 3\/4\u2033 and  2 1\/2\u2033.<\/p>\n

4. Clear tape \u2013 regular and double-sided (we use hot glue a lot as well)<\/p>\n

5. Scissors<\/p>\n

6. 8.5\u2033 x 11\u2033 Glossy Label Paper and Iron on Paper \u2013 We use onlinelabels.com<\/a> for our sticker paper and more!<\/p>\n

These are just a few of our favorite craft supply essentials… now onto the “how to’s”.<\/p>\n

Drink Wraps with Barbie Label Straw Topper:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2013 Print on 8.5\u00d711 card stock or full sheets of label paper with a laser jet (to prevent ink from bleeding) or on 8.5\u00d711 photo paper with an inkjet printer. (Ink on photo paper doesn\u2019t bleed).
\n\u2013 Trim drink wrap and Barbie label with scissors or a paper trimmer.
\n\u2013 Adhere drink wrap to water bottle with regular tape or double sided tape (if you used photo paper or card stock) or use the adhesive backing.
\n\u2013 Adhere Barbie label to paper straw with glue.
\n\u2013 Tape straw to water bottle to secure in place for table displays.<\/p>\n

Photo Booth Props:<\/strong>
\n\u2013 Print size is larger than normal 8.5″ x 11″ \u2013 there are printing options in our shop here<\/a> or at your local office supply store.
\n\u2013 Once printed, trim with scissors and then glue to foam core board.
\n\u2013 Use an x-acto knife to cut out mask shape (or other photo booth signs).
\n\u2013 Tape or glue wooden stick to back of printable mask.
\n\u2013 Take photos and have fun!<\/p>\n

Popcorn Box:
\n<\/strong>– Print part 1 and part 2 on 8.5\u00d711 card stock or photo paper.
\n\u2013 Trim along edges with scissors.
\n– Fold on dotted lines.
\n– Assemble the 2 parts together by using double sided tape along the tabs.<\/p>\n

To go along with the popcorn boxes, movie kits are essential which include a printable movie bingo card, candies in printable candy box wraps and pop bottles with more printable drink wraps.<\/p>\n

Mirror Vanity Embellishment:<\/strong>
\n\u2013 Print size is larger than normal 8.5″ x 11″ \u2013 there are printing options in our shop here<\/a> or at your local office supply store.
\n\u2013 Take existing full length mirror and tape ribbon along edges.
\n\u2013 Once printed, trim printable mirror vanity embellishment.
\n\u2013 Tape embellishment to top of mirror.
\n\u2013 Now you have turned a normal everyday mirror into a Super Sparkle mirror!<\/p>\n
