I am BERRY much in love with our theme this week – Strawberries! You may have seen our new Strawberry Invitation<\/strong><\/a>, or Adria’s adorable Ruff Draft idea<\/strong><\/a>.  We have more Strawberry goodness, and it is BERRY cute today. (That is the last time I’ll use that, I promise!)<\/p>\n

On a side note<\/em>, things have been a little quiet around here from me, but it is for a good reason! We have lots of great things going on – new projects, new brand partnerships, new website (coming soon!) as well as moving back to Charlotte (near my partner-in-crime, Adria!).  Adria and I attended Snap, a conference in Salt Lake City, and decided to do weekly themes for our blog<\/strong>.  Last week was Kentucky Derby.  Hope you noticed \ud83d\ude09  We just felt that our blog was getting, well… blah.  We are going to be more intentional about what we post and more organized.  Maybe you haven’t noticed, but we have!  We want you to come back on a daily basis. We want you to look forward to our weekly themes. Most of all, we want to provide awesome content that you actually enjoy. Please feel free to comment with any feedback about our site, our shop<\/strong><\/a> or anything.  Thanks for being so supportive and coming back to the blog and shopping with us for your printables.<\/strong><\/a> That means the world to us!<\/p>\n

And back to the Jam. I mean Strawberries.  Marshmallow Strawberries<\/strong><\/a> to be exact. How precious would these be for a Strawberry Shortcake party? Or just a Vintage Strawberry picnic party?<\/p>\n

Would you believe that these only took about 10 minutes to make? Seriously! Here is the tutorial:<\/p>\n

INGREDIENTS + SUPPLIES:<\/strong>
\nRed, White and Green Melting Chocolates<\/strong><\/a>
\nRegular Sized Marshmallows (Try the light pink Strawberry ones!)
\nLollipop Sticks<\/strong><\/a>
\nStyrofoam or Floral Foam (for drying)
\nMy FAVORITE Piping Bottles<\/strong><\/a> (or your own piping bags)
\nCeramic Berry Basket<\/strong> <\/a>for display<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Step 1:<\/strong> Melt the red chocolate and dip your marshmallows until coated. Be careful not to get the chocoalte completely touching the lollipop stick on the bottom because you will remove the lolli stick after they cool and it is easier if the lolli stick isn’t drenched in dried chocolate. Stick them into the styrofoam to dry.<\/p>\n

Step 2:<\/strong> Melt the white chocolate and put in your piping bag or bottle. Add little random white dots of chocolate to your red chocolate covered marshmallows. They don’t have to be perfect. (Note – you could also use black chocolate but I liked white ;-))<\/p>\n

Step 3: <\/strong>Melt your green chocolate and put in a piping tube or container like ours. <\/p>\n

Step 4: <\/strong>Take the marshmallows off their lollipop sticks once they are dried.  Put them upside down.  Now Pipe little leaves to cover the hole where the lolli stick was.<\/p>\n

Step 5: <\/strong>Pat yourself on the back! You’re done!<\/p>\n
