It’s official – I am obsessed with DIY pumpkins this year, so I decided to pull some of my favorite ones to share with you. If these pumkins don’t get your creative juices flowing, than I don’t know what will.  It is absolutely amazing to me how many ways crafters have come up with unique pumpkin decor.. from nautical to glam to earth tones and even bohemian style – Pumpkins have risen to a whole new level!<\/p>\n

1. Coastal Pumpkins {Sand and Sisal}<\/a><\/strong>  Let’s first start with this fresh color pallete… blues, whites, golds & coppers.  Loving the bold stencils on these pumpkins along with spanish moss touches.  <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

   <\/a><\/p>\n

   2. Yarn Wrapped Pumpkins {Two Shades of Pink}<\/a> <\/strong>This simple technique makes a huge impact – it’s inexpensive and warm & cozy for fall weather.  Love the yarn colors this blogger used!<\/p>\n

   3. Hand Painted Pumpkins {I Love to Create}<\/a><\/strong>  You won’t believe how they created these bohemian style pumpkins… ready for this – Puffy Paint (dimenstional paint).  I am blown away by this technique.  Are these pumpkins gorgeous or what???<\/p>\n

   4. Succulent Pumpkin Planter {Flower Duet}<\/a> <\/strong>– This ornate display is used with real pumpkins and real succulents – even though it looks difficult, they simply use craft glue to create this masterpiece.  How perfect would this be for a hostess gift? I’m definitely creating one of these this fall!<\/p>\n

   5. Linen Pumpkins with Driftwood Stems {City Farmhouse}<\/a><\/strong>  If you are still in love with driftwood this season you will die at how easy this tutorial is.  Ready to hear?  These linen covered pumpkins are created with toilet paper rolls (wrapping through the roll) and then they stick a piece of driftwood in the pumpkin center.  So  simple yet sohpisticated!<\/p>\n

   6. Twig Pumpkin with Feathers {Bohemian Junktion}<\/a> <\/strong> If you want a rustic feel to your home, find some twig pumpkins and add feathers on top.  This feather embellishment turns a basic twig pumpkin into a stunning display!  I just love the colors scheme of this as well.<\/p>\n

   7. Lace Wrapped Pumpkin {Better Homes & Gardens}<\/a> <\/strong>– take an ordinary white pumpkin and make it extraordinary with lace!  This is elegant yet spooky and perfect for glam-o-ween parties!<\/p>\n

   8. Tribal Print Pumpkins {Rachael Passing Notes}<\/a><\/strong> – I love what this artist created with just a gold sharpie marker!  Arrows and tribal prints have been such a fun trend lately and this is a pefect way to showcase it.  <\/p>\n

   9. Stamped Pumpkins {Pop & Circumstance}<\/a><\/strong> – Have any teens in your house? If so, this is the pefect pumpkin craft for them… stamp instagram & text messages on your pumpkins.. LOL, OMG, BAE, TWERK, FIERCE, BFF… I mean, what teen wouldn’t love to make these little cuties?  LOVE!<\/p>\n

   10. Velvet Pumpkins {EAB Designs}<\/a><\/strong> – I am still crushing on velvet pumpkins and EAB Designs tells you how to make them. I love how rich and expensive these feel, and if you make them yourself you won’t break the bank!<\/p>\n

   11. Gold Confetti Pumpkins {Homey Oh My}<\/a><\/strong>  I can’t even stand how classy and festive these pumpkins are.  These pumpkins take gold washi tape to a whole new level.  Kind of Kate Spade<\/em> like… kind of mod… and kind of FABULOUS.<\/p>\n

   <\/a><\/p>\n

    12. Pumpkin with natural elements {Fench Kissed}<\/a><\/strong> – this gorgeous creation uses natural elements of berries, silvery greeneries and deer antlers.  She adorned this pumpkin on top, so it would last all season.  Simply stunning!<\/p>\n

   13. Gold Herringbone Pumpkin {Brit + Co}<\/a><\/strong> – How cool is this pumpkin?  Loving the black base with hand-drawn herringbone with gold marker…. so chic & super cool. This pumpkin is a must-have for those with an edgy style!<\/p>\n

   14. Silver Glitter Pumpkin {Taryn Williford}<\/a> – Tasefully simple but spectacular at the same time!  I love the “dipped” look of this pumpkin even though she used painter’s tape!  This is the perfect way to glam up your party!  Do it in gold or copper glitter as well – love love love!<\/p>\n

   15. Bright Painted Pumpkins {Decoist}<\/a> <\/strong>– I had to throw in a pop of color and I’m loving the colorway chosen for these three.  Hot pink.. aqua… and burgandy – the painted techniques are a crowd pleaser for adults & kids!  I know my daughters would go crazy over these!  So fun and so fresh and just the right amount of playfulness!  <\/p>\n
