AR Workshop Torrance<\/strong><\/a> is the 100th open and operating AR Workshop<\/strong><\/a> in the country, and is still celebrating following their recent grand opening in California! They join a family of AR Workshops<\/strong><\/a> dotting California from Sacramento to San Diego and just about every happening place in between. This new location boasts the same great hands-on experience crafting home d\u00e9cor in a fun, electric environment! You’ll find all the d\u00e9cor projects to be on-trend and fabulous! Chances are, you’ll want a custom, AR piece for every room in your house! You can make things like a welcome sign for your front porch, a wood plank sign to hang over your fireplace mantle, a beautiful serving tray for your coffee table, and a lazy susan for your kitchen table. Need some new throw pillows for your couch? Guess what? You can make canvas pillow cases at a workshop! How about a coordinating canvas wall hanging, or picture frames to show off your loved ones? The projects are plentiful, and all workshops include the raw materials to make them and help from instructors to complete them!<\/p>\n

AR Workshop Torrance<\/strong><\/a> is owned by Cristina McKinnon. Originally from Chicago, Cristina has always loved crafting, especially cross-stitching, tole painting, quilting, and scrapbooking (both digital and paper scrapbooking).  Cristina has spent 27+ years in a career as a public servant which has taken her all over the country from San Francisco, to Washington DC, and finally to Los Angeles. She attended a workshop at AR Workshop Chandler<\/strong><\/a> and her post-retirement career was born!  Bringing this wonderful DIY experience to the South Bay area of Los Angeles is a thrilling milestone for Cristina. She is thrilled to welcome the local community through her doors each day! When she is not at the workshop, Cristina and her husband love spending time with their daughter and volunteering in the community. They find great joy in charitable work!<\/p>\n
