A new year is a fresh slate, a chance to start again. For many, it’s a time of reflection and an opportunity to set new goals and re-energize. They can create defenses, or melt them. We have to use words wisely.” (Jeff Brown)  This year has been full of little words that have changed our lives, both positively and negatively. (Some words, many of us may wish we could totally leave behind. Ahem, “pandemic”, I’m looking at you!) As we move from 2020 to 2021, what word or words will you focus on to build, inspire, encourage, bring joy, cause hope, help heal, and motive? Will you focus on one little word or a few little words?<\/p>\n

Choosing one little word for the new year can help guide your goal setting and narrow your focus. It can be a constant reminder to you of what you want most out of your year.
