Gather materials needed:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Embroidery floss or yarn<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
\n
Floral wire<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
\n
Gold wire twine<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Scissors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Easy-to-Follow-Instructions:<\/strong>
\n1. Cut cording into 8-inch pieces.
\n2. Cut floral wire to wrap around cording, leaving \u00be\u201d – 1\u201d cording fringe at top and bottom.
\n3. Tie on the embroidery floss where the wire starts and wrap around cording until you get to the bottom. We use 1 whole embroidery floss to wrap. Tie off at bottom.
\n4. Using the gold twine, wrap around the top of the candy cane several times. Then wrap sparingly around the candy cane (to create “stripes”) until you reach the bottom. Wrap several times at the bottom before tying off the gold twine.
\n5. Use another piece of gold twine to make a loop at the top of the candy cane (tie onto the gold wrapped twine that is around the candy cane).
\n6. Fringe out the cording at the top and bottom of the candy cane.<\/p>\n
