My name is Lindsay Banner and I\u2019m the owner\/blog writer for Banner Boutique!<\/span>\u00a0 I am thrilled to be here guest posting on the gorgeous<\/em> Anders Ruff blog!\u00a0 I have always been a party planning\/entertaining girl at heart so the Anders Ruff blog is one of my most guilty pleasures!!\u00a0 I could spend hours here!\u00a0 I LOVE to throw parties and have people over…I get a thrill out of truly entertaining people, feeding them good food and making them smile.\u00a0 Although I don’t get to do this as often as I used to, I still try to have a little fun here and there coordinating a big party!\u00a0 Although I LOVE Banner Boutique and designing new products, I could also see myself throughly enjoying a job over here with the Anders Ruff team \ud83d\ude09\u00a0 Below are a few pictures from my youngest daughter Chloe’s most recent birthday party.<\/span><\/div>\n

Banner Boutique\u00a0has been in business for about 5 years now.\u00a0 It started with my sister Angela and I selling straight to boutiques, wholesale only.\u00a0 We never thought selling straight to the public would be financially worth it, so it wasn\u2019t until I found myself moving away from all of my friends and family in Southern CA, relocating to\u00a0Arizona, suddenly with a lot of free time to actually try selling our products on Etsy\u2026 and boy were we wrong!!\u00a0 Banner Boutique exploded on Etsy and it has been a wild and crazy ride ever since!\u00a0 We now have about 8 other women who work with my sister and I including Amy who is our operations manager and Jeni who is my *domestic assistant*\u00a0who helps me keep the laundry running and the dishes under control (more on that later).<\/span><\/div>\n

First and foremost though, I am a wife to a wonderfully supportive husband Mike and mother to Kaitlyn (7), Carson (4), Chloe (1.5) and baby #4 who is scheduled to arrive December 6^{th<\/sup>!!\u00a0 The opportunity to be a wife and raise these amazing children gives me satisfaction beyond measure.\u00a0 Mike and I met in Newport Beach\u00a0over 10 years ago and have now been married for almost nine years.\u00a0 Although I truly adore the entrepreneurial adventure Banner Boutique offers me, I have found myself unwilling to give up my chosen role as wife and mother first; this is my true passion!\u00a0 Banner Boutique is a perfect compliment to my already busy life, which is why I have chosen to let Banner Boutique grow yet bring in many other women to help me along the way so that I don\u2019t have to give up my life as wife and mom!\u00a0\u00a0I have learned quickly that I must have designated work hours and keep a certain schedule if I want to be able to be the mom and wife I strive to be.\u00a0 My work hours are from 12:30-3:15 while Kaitlyn and Carson are at school and Chloe is napping.\u00a0 I am a southern CA native trying to learn to embrace the desert life here in oh so sunny and warm Arizona! <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n}

\nIn addition to selling wholesale to boutiques throughout the world for the past 5 years, Banner Boutique has been selling on Etsy for 2 and a half years.\u00a0 After almost 17,000 sales, we launched our very own website\u00a0 <\/a><\/span>and introduced a whole new line of interchangeable flowers, headbands, clips, belts and sashes.\u00a0 This makes for endless options when it comes to adorning your baby girl, and then maybe your coat or cardigan, and even your frames- the flowers can be shared all around with an innovative new system we designed- you can even pair 1, 2 or 3 flowers together for custom looks.\u00a0 You can read more details about this system HERE<\/a> and see just a few of the endless options in the collage above.
\nNeedless to say, I have been using this new system to adorn pretty much everything around me- in my own hair, my 7 years old and 1 year old daughters hair, my frames, pillows, coats, dresses…you name it!<\/span><\/p>\n
