It’s almost time for Trick or Treat night… and if any of you are like me, you are finalizing last minute costume details and Trick or Treat bags!<\/p>\n

Today for the weekly Ruff Draft<\/a><\/em><\/strong>, we thought you would enjoy a free Iron-on printable to use for canvas Trick or Treat bags.<\/p>\n

We designed\u00a0the Iron-ons\u00a0from our Haunted Halloween Printable Collection.<\/a><\/p>\n

If you want the matching printable set, it’s not too late… get it now, while it’s on sale!<\/p>\n

In any event, here’s how to use the free Iron-on printable, to create a great Trick or Treat bag.<\/p>\n

Supplies needed:<\/p>\n

1. Iron-on computer paper<\/p>\n

2. Free Iron-on Printable Haunted Halloween reversed graphics. (Download here<\/a>)<\/p>\n

3. Canvas bag – black, white or natural (we used black)<\/p>\n

4. If using black canvas bag, then you will need white fabric of your choice<\/p>\n

5. Thread, needle, iron<\/p>\n

6. Wide ribbon of your choice<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

This is so easy, and takes no time at all!<\/p>\n

1. Print on 8.5\u201d x 11\u201d Iron-on Paper
\n2. Trim excess paper
\n3. If using white or natural canvas bag:
\n4. Iron onto canvas bag\u00a0 (follow Iron-on instructions from package)<\/p>\n

***Skip to #5 –\u00a07, if you ironed on directly to white\/natural canvas bag<\/p>\n

5. In this case:\u00a0 Iron onto white fabric<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

Peel backing off of Iron-On<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

6. Trim your fabric into circle\u00a0shape – I frayed my edges to give it a worn look.<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

7. Place, pin and\u00a0stitch fabric logo to black canvas bag\u00a0– I used a simple zigzag stitch<\/p>\n

8. Make large bow out of ribbon, sew to bag
\n(placement of your choice – we sewed right below\u00a0one of the handles)<\/p>\n

Just a simple way to create a fresh take on\u00a0Trick 0r Treat bags… so much bigger than those orange plastic pumpkins, but still not a lot of $$<\/p>\n
