Want to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with your kids this year?\u00a0 Here’s a great way to allow your kids to be a part of that Irish Spirit <\/strong><\/em>without the alcohol!<\/p>\n

I found this fantastic recipe from The Food Librarian<\/a>\u00a0– and thought how fun would it be, as a St. Patrick-tini<\/strong><\/em>???<\/p>\n

Use our Lucky\u00a0St. Patrick’s Day\u00a0Printables<\/a> to add embellishments, and your kids will love this festive flair!<\/p>\n

St. Patrick-tini:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Ingredients:
\nMix together to dissolve:
\n2 large packages (6 oz each) of green Jello (or
\nany flavor)
\n1 packet of unflavored gelatin
\n4 cups boiling
\nwater<\/p>\n

Add:
\n1 quart vanilla ice cream (I would use less ice cream next
\ntime)
\nStir til dissolved<\/p>\n

Pour:
\ninto each martini glass –<\/p>\n

**adult version add 1 jigger of your favorite vodka per glass (mix alcohol into your jello mixture before pouring into glass)<\/p>\n

Add lime twist or grape “olives” to each glass
\nRefrigerate\u00a0overnight, or place in your freezer until jello is set.<\/p>\n

The ice cream will float to the top of the jello<\/p>\n

(I love that you get a layered look, without all the fuss!)<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/a>Adult version:\u00a0 add a twist of lime with a splash of spirits<\/em>!<\/p>\n

<\/a>Kid version:\u00a0 Add three grapes instead of traditional martini olives<\/p>\n
