Halloween is right around the corner, and we thought it would be fun to wrap up our Halloween Party Inspiration ideas from this year and the years past. Halloween NEVER goes out of style and each year we try to bring new and exciting themes and party ideas.
So, what “look” are you going for this Halloween?
Look #1: Haunted Halloween Theme
Our Haunted Halloween Collection includes tones of Oranges, black, greens in the color scheme mixed with bats, spooky writing, black cats, skeletons and ghosts. This theme is perfect for an adult or kiddie party. Some of our favorite elements from this party were the ghost meringues sticking out of the medicine bottles, the chocolate skeleton keys (we made using a template in our printable collection!), the spooky printable banner, popcorn cones, the hanging cookie bats (from Firefly Confections), and the mummified caramel apples.
Look #2: Glam Halloween (or “Glam-o-ween”) Theme
Who said Halloween can’t be a little bit girlie? Pinks, Purples, Lime and Black make this Glam-o-ween theme perfect for teens, tweens and little girls (or grown up girls, too!) We love when our clients use this theme for their birthday theme for October parties. Bats, chandeliers, cats, skeletons and gorgeous type styling makes this Glam Halloween Printable collection fun and whimsical and SO easy to style with decor your little girl probably already has!
Look #3: Happy Halloween Theme
If you love Traditional Halloween decor with mainly black and orange and maybe a pop of purple and green here and there, then the Happy Halloween Collection will surely please. Keep it traditional and adorable with black and white polkadots, stripes and houndstooth patterns, witches, spiders, bats and skeletons, “boo” and plenty of tricks and treats. This is one of our best sellers for Halloween and always in style. This Happy Halloween Printable collection includes so many fun printables to keep your ideas flowing and some happy trick or treaters!
Look #4: Spooky Forest Halloween
Last year, Anders Ruff was featured in Better Homes & Gardens Magazine for our fun Spooky Forest theme that we styled for the magazine. 16 pages of fabulous ideas and we got such great feedback. The theme was “spooky forest” with colors of green, chartreuse, grey and black and white. It was so unique and fresh and new and there were so many elements to play off of. Mushrooms, bats, owls, toadstools, spiders and more!
By popular demand, we offer the Spooky Forest customized invitation and collection in our shop here.
Look #6: Pink-O-Ween (Pink Halloween)
Courtney Dial of Pizzazzerie asked us to create a pink halloween theme (Pinkoween Halloween) for her a couple years ago. We loved the theme and also loved the fact that it supported breast cancer research by alloting part of the proceeds to Susan G Komen foundation. We loved using pink and black and white throughout the collection with fun spiders and girlie polka dots. This is a favorite of those who want maybe a girls night halloween party or a girlie birthday party around halloween… or even a halloween for a family that has little girls! The options are endless.
Look #7: Classic Halloween (12 new Printable Kits this year!)
This year, we opted to not do a full dessert table for our Halloween Collection. After all, we had gotten some feedback from clients that they don’t always have time or the need to do a a full spread. Instead, they maybe want a few bits and pieces of the printable collection to make a few fun treats or favors for a party, or maybe just an activity for the kids. Well, we took your advice and came up with 12 fun Classic Halloween Printable Kits.
If you have been following, you probably already saw the 12 ideas/kits. We thought we would wrap them up here in one place for you. (Don’t forget, they are on sale 3 for $10 in the shop here)
So there you have it. Whether you are a funky girl with preferences of some pink and green colors in your Hallloween decor, or you want something more spooky or woodsy, or you want to stick with the traditional schemes, we have you covered!
You can find all the Printable Halloween Themes in our shop here.
