The talented Kate Landers recently styled the most gorgeous Honeycomb “New Hive” Housewarming Party as a contributor for Layla Grayce. We were thrilled to collaborate with Kate and have always admired her stunning parties and events.

The honeycomb invitation (above) helped set the tone for the event. Kate sent us her inspiration board and really hoped for a fresh take on the honeycomb pattern, so we created this design with a modern touch.
Kate mentions in her article on Layla Grayce that not only is this great for a housewarming party but this would make a perfect theme for a bee baby shower (What will it bee? Boy or girl?) or even a birthday party! I have always loved bee themed parties!
I love how detailed Kate got with the theme. I immediately noticed her glassware above that had the honeycomb imprint. So pretty! We loved these honeycomb shaped folding party labels for her to display the names of the desserts and foods on the table.
