This sweet American Girl Party includes everything little girls dream a party is about; friendship, make up, nails, spa, delicious treats, pink, and beautiful girly decorations.  Karla Madalena, both the birthday girls Mom and stylist of this party tells us how this party came to be, “I wanted to create an event that will allow Emily and her friends to celebrate their friendship, have a lot of fun and exciting moments, all while immersing into the magical world of American Girl Dolls. ”  Using designs from our Birthday Doll collection she used the same ombré and shades of pink color scheme that Adria and Maureen did when they styled a surprise American Girl party for a friends daughter.

A few of my favorite elements from this American Girl party are:
– The pink tulle poms on the end of the dessert spoons
– The pink ombré ruffled cake
– The various sized cake stands and apothecary jars used on the dessert table
– The tissue paper fan backdrop in shades of pink

The display looks gorgeous with each item being individually wrapped or personalized.  So much time had to be put in for such detail, but the effect is stunning!

The lollipops were offered in both pink swirl and as a flower with an E on it.  The sticks had pink and white polka dot ribbon tied on them and then one of our custom logos was put on the face of the swirled lollipops to make them even more theme related.  Karla also used the pink and white polka dot ribbon on the cake stands, as little bows on flip flops for the girls, and around the toe separators that were in the favor bags (and I’m sure used during the guests spa treatment).

I just love how the dessert was put in the little pedestal dessert cups and the spoons have the tulle poms at the end of them.
