This John Deere Inspired tractor party couldn’t be any more dreamy for John Deere tractor lovers. Ingeniously styled by Xiomara Roman of A Styled Fete it has plenty of tractor and farm details to give it a true farm feel yet the entire event is hosted indoors with a super chic flair! Creating printables for Xiomara to use throughout her parties is always exciting as we know the end result is amazing every time. Like Xiomara’s Glam Barbie Spa Party , this party is in full character from top to bottom and we LOVE it. You can find the printables in our shop here!
Some of our favorite details from this party are:
– Popcorn bar with popcorn held in bushel baskets
– Cornfield made with pvc pipes wrapped with crepe paper and foam corn stalks
– Pushpop containers filled with yellow sixlets to resemble corncobs

Party Details from Xiomara:
I was so excited when my friend Stacy contacted me to work on her son’s second birthday party. To me, second birthdays are so special because it is at this time that we really begin to see the little one’s personality come through. Little Kellan is obsessed with John Deere tractors and his momma couldn’t have picked a better theme for his birthday party.
I wanted the party to have a casual- farm feel, with bright colors and sweet details. When I began to dream this party, I immediately envisioned an interactive farm scene where kids could play and even take pictures in. I created a “corn field” backdrop with pvc pipes wrapped with crepe paper and foam corn stalks. It turned out super adorable and was the perfect backdrop for our “my pet balloons” farm animals floating on hay bales. The kids table was dressed up in burlap with a green gingham table runner. Each table setting had a tractor coloring page placemat, yellow plates, a tin bucket filled pop corn and a toy tractor/farm animal for them to take home. The pop corn tin buckets served as favors and had the cutest “thanks for popping by my party” tag. A big John Deere dump truck and crayons inside tins served as a centerpiece for the table.
Dessert Table/ Pop Corn Bar:
We wanted to keep the dessert table simple with sweet treats that our little guests would love. A chocolate cake with oreo crumbs topping and a John Deere tractor toy was the center of the table. “Hay bales” (rice crispies treats ) and “muddy cupcakes” were also included. To continue the farm theme, I filled push pop containers with yellow sixlets, added some green crepe paper to resemble corn husks and arranged them to look like a corn field. Milk served in plastic milk jugs were the perfect addition to the farm inspired table.
I set up a gourmet pop corn bar in a fun and interactive way where kids (and adults!) could fill and customize their own pop corn bags. Butter, Caramel and White Cheddar pop corn were served in baskets while chocolate m&m’s, mini reese’s peanut butter cups and honey roasted almonds served as toppings. Super fun and an instant hit among all guests!
Activities:
We had an entire room of the house set up with tractors of all shapes and sizes! We had ride on tractors, mini tractors and everything in between! A rice sensory table in the middle of the room filled tractors and farm animals completed the farm fun room.
