Spring is here and we are so excited to share with you our Spring Party featuring some adorable products from Kohl’s this past Easter weekend.

Maureen and her family were in town and we celebrated Easter weekend together making fun memories for the kids and all involved! Read on to see the adorable products we sourced from Kohl’s to make our setup really easy and practical (and of course eye catching!).

One of our spring traditions is to dye Easter Eggs.  We set up an outdoor Easter Egg Dying party since the weather was gorgeous and it is always nice to keep the mess outside.

We wanted to create a simple, yet bold feel indicative of bright Easter Egg colors.  We used water-resistant bright green chevron plastic mats from Kohl’s to line the table, perfect for spills.  These were great to help add a bold pop of color to the table and reminded us of spring grass or easter grass. 

We also used white Woven Bunny Baskets as favors for the kids and filled them with shred and candy that we picked up during our Kohl’s shopping trip.

To organize our eggs and allow them to dry, we found these adorable white Ceramic Egg Cartons.  Not only were they great for the egg dying process, but we can use them later to keep eggs in our refrigerator. 

Of course we always love to add printable details to our party decor so we added printable Easter Tags and party flags from our Printable Easter Has Sprung Collection.

We found the coordinating dresses with bright colored stripes and polka dots and a solid neon polo (for boys) in the Kid’s Section of Kohl’s.  The girls layered their dresses with white leggings for added warmth during the unpredictable spring weather!  Kohl’s has a great kid’s jean section as well – plenty of options for all ages!  Click here for more Easter Fashion from Kohl’s.

First we let the kids enjoy their Easter treats including cupcakes and chocolate Easter Bunnies.  The kids loved the Woven Bunny Baskets along with all the goodies inside (Kohl’s offers lots of candies to fill the baskets – they are a one stop shop!)

Once they finished their Easter sweets, we cleared the table for our Easter Egg Dying Party.  We put the egg dye in mason jars so the colors were easy to see.  We also lined the table with additional pink paper napkins for extra spills.
