Meet Leigh Champlin and Michelle Bentzen,the owners of AR Workshop Fresno! These gals aren’t just friends and new business partners, they are also family! Leigh and Michelle’s grandfathers were brothers, and the two cousins have always been good friends. Both were born and raised in the Central Valley and graduated from Fresno State University. When they saw an opportunity to marry their shared love of DIY projects and home decor into an AR Workshop franchise, they jumped at the chance! Leigh has been an elementary school teacher for over twenty years, and Michelle’s background is a mix of sales, marketing, and community relations, and she has also owned a photography business for the past six years.
The girls both bring creativity, enthusiasm, and the perfect combination of skills and experience to the table (literally!). Leigh and Michelle are so excited to introduce the boutique DIY workshop concept to Fresno and the surrounding areas. They will be a definite asset to the community! The duo is thrilled to share the ever-changing decor trends, stylish graphics and techniques, and DIY experiences with the city of Fresno and beyond.
