Is your mouth watering like mine?  I hope everyone had a great Father’s Day last weekend!  For us, it was more like “Fatter’s day!” because I did quite the baking.  J loves cookies and so I thought I’d try a few new recipes.  One of them was outside his typical favorites, but he ended up LOVING them!

What’s more dreamy than a creamsicle?  Well, what about a creamsicle cookie!?  Yes, please.

I think I saw on pinterest how to swirl two colored icings in a cute manner, and so I have been trying to think of an excuse to try my hand at the swirled frosting action.  This was the perfect time to try it!

Here is the recipe that you can download and print.  We created a PDF file with a 4×6 recipe card so you can share it with your friends when they beg you for it after devouring the delicious cookies!
