I’m in the midst of starting to prep for Jeffrey’s 9th Birthday Party and am super excited about this theme! Last year, he insisted on having a comic book super hero party, but this year he decided on a DETECTIVE theme! How fun!

Adria and I had talked about doing  a Sherlock Holmes theme, and we just love the idea of offering fabulous party planning ideas for a Mystery Detective Party for boys.  My boys are in love with the Spy Museum in Washington DC, and I’ve always wanted to do a spy or detective theme.

I think it would be so fun to send out a detective party invitation with a magnifying glass or something cool to go with the theme. I haven’t mailed mine out yet, but I’ll let you know what I end up doing!  Also, I’m going to design an address label, so stay tuned for that!

The invite says “Detective Jeffrey Anders needs your help solving the birthday crime!” The Case of the stolen party favors!
