When girly and animal lover collide a Princess Barnyard Party is born! Amber Robinson used our Pastel Barnyard collection as the inspiration for her two year old animal loving daughters birthday party. Since her daughter also loved all things girly, so Amber had us add tiaras to some of the animals in the designs resulting in the cutest Barnyard Dance yet (which also happens to be her favorite book)!
Some of our favorite party elements:
– Pigs in the mud dessert
– Use of vintage mirrors as tray for dessert cups
– Bushel baskets filled with greats served as the take home favor
– Farm animal cake pops served in fence in green pastures
– Animal topped water bottles
– Cute tissue tassle garland design

I absolutely love the pigs on top of the Oreo Cookie crumbs in the pudding dessert. Pigs are cute, but they’re also delicious when they’re chocolate pigs. I also love the decorative wall mirrors that Amber used as the try for the dessert cups. It’s the perfect fit and is completely in line with the rustic feel of the barnyard theme.
Some of the activities the kids had were the coloring page (notice the crows on the sheep and cows) as well as Paint Your Own piggy bank. Only Amber was super clever and skipped the paint and just had the kids used markers to decorate them. Definitely a time occupier, but something super fun for the kids to be able to bring home. Amber also had out lots of barn themed toys, including this pink barn. A perfect place to keep all the animals safe from sugar enraged toddlers!
