We have had so much fun sharing our recent project for Universal Studios/Target. Our Bridesmaids themed printable “girls night in” photo shoot continues. This time, we are sharing the kitchen area. Afterall, isn’t that where everyone typically hangs out at a “girls night in” (before watching the movie, of course!)
If you have seen the movie, you’ll understand “Cake Baby”. We set up a little baking station (Again, if you saw the movie, you will get it) full of fun parisian girly delight. My pink Kitchen Aid mixer came in handy! Also, we purchased candlesticks from Target to display cupcakes. We displayed them in cute little measuring cups.
I adore the photography by Becca Bond. Don’t you? We show our fancy printable cupcake wrappers below to coordinate with the rest of the set. Don’t you love the cupcakes? Got what It Cakes made them and we topped them off with a fancy printable party logo on top.
While I love to bake sweet treats, Adria is the queen of savory creations. She whipped up some Parisian inspired appetizers….
The cute luggage boxes are from Polka Dot Market. Fabulous, right? We hung a printable favor tag from the printable party collection to finish off the “look”.
More hanging butterflies! (Template is in the printable package that will be in the Bridesmaids DVDs/Blu-Ray at Target)
Dress up your wine bottle with a printable wine wrap and party logo with a fun ruffle. (Visit our Ruff Draft column for a DIY tutorial on the ruffle)
As you can see, embellishing the smallest of details with items from the Printable “Girls night in” package adds a lot of style.
Below – Meet Caryn (left) and Becky (right), Anders Ruff’s fabulous design editors. My two right hand ladies!
Aren’t the butterflies hanging decor whimsical? (The template is in our printable package that will be in the Bridesmaids movie released at Target on 9.20.11)
Dress up the smallest of details. We displayed a gourmet roll butter and embellished it with a printable party logo on a lollipop stick.
We added little patterned paper flags on toothpicks onto the appetizers.
Okay, have you seen Bridesmaids the movie? If not, you won’t get the photo below. If you have seen it…. pretty fun, huh? Mandie, of Got What It Cakes designed the carrot shaped cake – yum!
You have got to see the movie! Seriously hilarious. All of our little details will totally make sense.
We will keep you posted about pre-order information for Bridesmaids the movie at Target. The movie hits shelves on 9.20.11!
We hope these posts give you the inspiration to have your old “Bridesmaids Girls Night In” party! We know we had a ton of fun!
