This weekend was a sweet one! Not only because we didn’t have a jam packed schedule (like usual), but because I baked the most delicious cookie that I’m dying to share! Pink lemonade cookies!
My family spent most of July in Michigan visiting family and friends and this fabulous cupcake shoppe in Plymouth, Michigan served the most amazing lemonade cookies. After trying them, I was bound and determined to make some myself (even though they wouldn’t give me the recipe).
I love that these cookies are SOFT (if yours are not soft, you probably baked them too long! ;-)), sweet, tangy and creamy.
I shared the pic on facebook and promised to share the recipe. Be sure to read to the bottom to download the free printable recipe card.
I hope you will share your feedback after you bake them yourselves!

They look delicious!
hello!
was it the cupcake station? i live just outside plymouth, but always around the town! thanks for the post…will be perfect for a bridal shower I’m throwing!
Yes, Heather! It was! Right next to Comparis…. I have to say that this recipe is actually better than the ones at The Cupcake Station! 😉 Enjoy!
How far in advance could these be made? Thinking of adding them to my daughter’s first birthday party menu 🙂
Hi Heidi! I think you could make them as far as 4-5 days in advance if you keep them covered in a container. They are So moist that I think they might be just fine! 😉 Have fun!
Finally got a chance to make these – delish!!!!
Used country time pink lemonade so no food coloring needed!
These are so light and soft and sweet – very very good!
Thank you!
