Ruff Draft: Building Brick Personalized School Labels

We are one week away from the 1st day of school here in South Carolina, and the kids are rounding up school supplies, back packs and lunch boxes. (Where did summer go?)

Did you see last year’s Trendy Labels? We had such a great response to these school labels, we created another collection of building brick labels!

Today I started sorting through my kids school supplies, and began labeling with our new Building Brick Labels Collection. The primary colors in this collection match perfectly (or compliment) with most school folders, binders, scissors and other supplies. We love building bricks and it seemed like the perfect design to create as we prepare for our upcoming school year.

Guess what – we did a girl and a boy version of the building brick labels. Lots of little girls love bricks and Lego Friends so we thought it would be perfect! We know boys love Legos, so we hope you enjoy these new designs!

Each version includes multiple color ways of square labels, circle labels (when cut with a circle craft punch), rectangle labels and flag style labels. You can trim them to the size you need as well…. You can also use these labels for other items beside school supplies such as birthday gift tags, toy containers, etc.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Once you download the Customizable Building Brick Labels (boy or girl version), here are instructions….

FLAT LABELS
Ideal For: Labeling school supplies such as: folders, binders, notebooks, pencil boxes, bag tags and more
– Print on 8.5×11 full sheets of label paper
– Trim with scissors
– Stick in place

To Make BAG / LUGGAGE TAGS
– Print on 8.5×11 cardstock or photo paper
– Trim with scissors
– Laminate with a laminating set or at an office store.
– Trim the excess laminating paper off the edges and punch with a hole punch.
– Tie onto bag with ribbon or twine.

FLAG LABELS
Ideal For: Markers, pens, pencils, scissors and more
– Print on 8.5×11 cardstock, photo paper or 8.5×11 full sheets of label paper
– Trim with scissors or a paper trimmer.
– Fold in half and adhere shut on top of the pencil, marker, scissors, ruler etc. (or trim and stick on lengthwise)

CIRCULAR PARTY LOGO LABELS
Ideal For: Labeling school supplies such as: folders, binders, notebooks, pencil boxes, bag tags and more
– Print on 8.5×11 full sheets of label paper
– Trim with scissors or punch with a 2″ circle craft punch.
– Stick in place
